Garcia is a former Sgt. in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army. A former active duty police officer in various roles spanning a 20+ year career.

Francis is a former Marine who served with Chiarini as a rifleman in his platoon and a veteran of numerus gun battles and IED Attacks, now a active full-time Fire Fighter.
